Looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Vermont Join a Community Health Center that is expanding our behavioral health services and we are currently seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to provide outpatient psychiatric services to a diverse population in southern central Vermont. The ideal candidate will have their PMHNP and at least 2 years of experience as a provider in this setting. You will be involved in diagnosing, treatment and prevention of behavioral health disorders. Our medical staff work with a team of case managers, therapists and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our patients. These sites are certified Level 111 Medical Homes, with a highly developed and supportive panel management and case management system in place. We have a fully integrated electronic medical record and practice management system with robust interfaces with our local hospital. Location wise - these could not be better.
