Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a Pain Care Center.

Our ideal Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will assess, plan, implement, and emulate care for individual’s patients. NP/PA will be responsible for medical pain management of large patient group.  Pain management experience is a plus but not required.  NP/PA will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physician examinations, and treat accordingly. Candidate will have a strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. NP/PA will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS
• US Residency Required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Previous experience required, pain management and/or medication management preferred
• License(s): APN, Prescriptive Authority, DEA, CSR
• Not Excluded from Medicare or Medicaid

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
