• Population served will be adult consumers with mental illness and substance abuse (MICA)
• Functions as an independent nurse clinician and maintains competency to perform psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric pharmacological and psychological interventions, psychotherapy, consultation to other health care providers and evaluation of outcome
