Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a Primary Care Team at a Community Health Center! The practitioner in this role will be full-time (35-40 hours per week). The practitioner will work collaboratively with physicians and other specialty providers. - Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- At least 3+ years experience in primary care or urgent care
- Active NY state FNP license
- Spanish speaking preferred
