Seeking a Full-Time Permanent Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility! 

About:

This facility provides compassionate and personal skilled care 24/7. They specialize in providing rehab services onsite to help residents regain independence and return home. They are in an ideal location and are close to freeways and public transportation, allowed for frequent visitors. Their rooms are equipped with Medicare and Medicaid certified beds, all rooms have new electric high/low beds and cable TV, full in-house rehab unit for physical, occupational, speech and aquatic therapies and RNs on staff 24/7. 

Details:

This skilled nursing facility is actively looking for a Physical Therapist to join the team! In this role, the PT will be responsible for consulting with the patients to assess the current condition and assess evaluations in order to develop proper treatment plans. The PT will develop treatment plans, create personalized fitness-oriented health care programs, administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve mobility, advise patients on their families about in-home treatment options, and consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. 

Requirements:

• Active PT license 
• Eligible for licensure in CA 
• Be up-to date with treatment practices 
• Ability to work independently
