Circulating Nurse - Operating Room

Experienced Registered Nurse (OR) needed to join an ambulatory Surgery Center 

Located in the southwest corner of Wyoming - this role will allow you to personally and professionally grow as you will be joining a team that's well established and recognized locally, as well as growing so you are able to have your input be recognized and taken into consideration with some of the newer changes and expansions. You will report to the director of this center.

This practice also uniquely is affiliated with the University of Wyoming athletics, which many outpatient practices across the country do not get to say! 

Additional information/responsibilities: 

• Communicate with surgeon/physician and anesthesia personnel continuously and as needed about
  patient condition
• Sees pediatric through geriatric patient populations
• Assist with the maintenance of surgical equipment and inventory
• Assess operating room for equipment functioning and readiness; obtain supplies for individual cases, and ensure all appropriate needs of the surgical team are met
• Looking for a team member who is proactive, demonstrates personal reliability, honesty, and is a good role model for the values of the practice 
• Very team-oriented practice and looking for someone who shares the sentiment that you can get more accomplished working together
• BLS and ACLS required
