Education:

Completion of a nursing program diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.

Licensure:
Current Indiana State licensure as a Registered Nurse

Experience:
As demonstrated through progression of the clinical ladder behaviors.

Registration/Certification/Licensure:
Obtain and maintain certification in required CPR
BCLS at time of hire or within 90 days of hire
