You will function as a Clinical Nurse Mentor/Preceptor with responsibility for the delivery of individualized effective nursing care, to a module of patients. Responsibilities:

Administer direct nursing care to patients with life-threatening medical conditions
Respond to life-saving situations, using nursing standards and protocols for treatment
Treat wounds and provide advanced life support
Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
Evaluate, revise, implement, and monitor patient care plans
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Ensure that ventilators, monitors and other types of medical equipment function properly.
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
