Excellent opportunity to become a Nurse Manager in a physician office setting!  

The RN Practice Manager is responsible for providing leadership, oversight and coordination of the day to day operations of multiple physician practices and clinics. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, patient and staff scheduling, staff and provider orientation, staff competencies, regulatory compliance, performance management and staff empowerment that supports the achievement of the optimal patient encounter. The RN Clinical Practice Manager works closely with clinical staff and providers to ensure clinical quality and outcomes are achieved in accordance with relevant standards and benchmarks. This position has a dotted line reporting of clinical matters to the Hospital's Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nursing Officer, and works under the direct leadership of the Director of Physician Services.

Requirements:
* Candidates must have a degree in nursing from an accredited academic facility, with the ability to obtain current Vermont licensure as a Registered Nurse. BSN is preferred.
* 5 years of experience in healthcare management preferred, with 3 years of experience in a physician practice setting.
* Demonstrates solid knowledge base as it relates to clinical operations and practice management. Working knowledge of electronic health records, Joint Commission Standards, NCQA Standards, CLIA and other appropriate regulatory standards, license and credentialing for professional and paraprofessional staff.
