Registered Nurse (ICU) Requirements and Qualifications:
Critical care nurses must be a registered nurses (RNs) with experience in general patient care. Applicants needs to provide a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degrees. Some nurse education programs offer courses in critical care, but most practitioners learn through field training in a hospital setting.
Registered Nurse
-Minimum of one year experience on a hospital setting
(for RN with facility experience, will evaluate for qualifications)
-CA RN License
-BLS/CPR (ACLS, PALS American Heart Association needed for specific skills)
