Job Requirements
Must be able to Pass Drug Screen and Background check
2 years of core RN experience Arizona State RN License
Arizona Finger Print Clearance Card
Annual CPI Card
Immunization Records
Physical with no work restrictions in the last 12 months
TB test within the last 12 months
