We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our clients healthcare team in Northern Indiana. If you have a passion for providing preventative care and managing chronic conditions for the community, this is the role for you! The ideal candidate is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 1-3 years of experience in an outpatient setting and is already Indiana licensed.

Skills Required for the FNP Position

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Active IN license or eligible to obtain
• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on preventative care
• Triage patients, conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses as well as minor injuries
• Performing physical exams and patient observations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care, develop treatment plans, and perform routine clinical procedures.
• Work collegially with both Professional Medical and support staff
