Our client located south of Modesto, California is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with women's health experience. As an NP, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive and specialized care for women across the lifespan, focusing on preventive care, health promotion, and managing complex women's health issues. The ideal candidate is a Certified FNP or NP with at least 1 year of experience in women's health and Bilingual in English/Spanish. New graduates with prior experience as an RN in women's health will be considered.

Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner - Women's Health :
- 100% outpatient position
- Monday - Friday schedule, no nights or weekends
- Collaborative Care: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans, ensuring high-quality healthcare services for women.
- Holistic Women's Health Approach: Provide specialized healthcare services, including gynecological exams, family planning, prenatal care, menopausal management, and treatment of common women's health conditions.
- Health Education: Educate and empower women through health education programs, promoting preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and self-care techniques.
- Continuity of Care: Foster long-term relationships with patients, offering personalized care that meets individual needs, emphasizing patient satisfaction and advocacy.
- Research and Practice Development: Contribute to advancing women's health knowledge by participating in research activities, implementing evidence-based practices, and staying updated with industry advancements.
- Quality Improvement: Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery and patient outcomes, ensuring a patient-centric approach to care.
Minimum Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner - Women's Health:
- Active CA license or eligible to obtain
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner with women's health experience
- Ability to work collegially with both professional Medical and support staff
