COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Salary: MGMA Fair Market Value, no State Income Tax in Alaska
- Relocation assistance and Sign-on Bonus: $25,000
- Student Loan Forgiveness: through the State of Alaska SHARP I Program
- CME: 5 days with $2,500
- PTO: 25 Days Paid + 7 Holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Hospital-employed Clinical Role, work 8-5 pm with no weekends or after hours
- Mostly outpatient setting
- Oversee the Behavioral Health and Treatment Center
- Behavioral Health Staff includes: 2 LCSWs, 2 Case Managers, and 2 Peer Supporters
- Providing clinical supervision to staff and ensuring the coordination of patient services
- Master Level Counselors are available
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Psych-Certified (PMHNP) is preferred with some experience
- See Psychiatry patients, provide consultations, comfortable working independently, willing to teach medical staff
- Occasionally will visit a mobile site
