- Trauma Level: Level 1
Reason For Coverage: Replacing current locum that is leaving in August
Dates & Required Availability: Need full time locums ongoing. Will take a minimum of 1 week/month though
Shift & Call Details: 4-10’s, 7a-5p, no call
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days for temps, full privs 60-90 days
Job Details:
- Setting: inpatient
- Patient Volume: depends on cases for the day
- Required Procedures: CRNAs cover general OR, no OB or hearts
- EMR: EPIC
- Client Requirements: Must have active IL license
