Location: Johns Creek, GA
Dates: ASAP – Ongoing
Must be Covid vaccinated
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (1099) - Same Day Pay/Express Pay available
Need copies of the following items for the credentialing file.
-Driver’s License, Social Security Card or Passport, TB test, BLS/CPR Certification, and CNA State
