Description
Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an In-home kidney care position located in Baton Rouge, Leesville, Lafayette and Metairie, LA .

Education: NP
State License: Louisiana
Certification: DEA certificate and Board Certified by ANCC and AANP
Experience: 2+ years of NP experience in home health and/or hospice Details of the Opportunity:
Our company supports patients suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) by forming deep rooted relationships and preparing them both emotionally and physically for the challenges of managing kidney disease.
80% of the job is on the road visiting local patients. Additional details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5 PM
Salary details: $110,000 per year
