Responsibilities of the RN Educator:
Coordinate specialty certification such as ACLS, PALS, BLS, etc. Leads the clinical residency program. Develops improved onboarding + orientation for clinical staff. Works collaboratively with department leaders. Involved in staff training and health fairs.
Requirements of the Nurse Educator:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
- 2 years of experience in education/training in the acute care setting.
