Nursing Home Facility/SNF
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
12-hour shifts Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour (1099) - Same Day Pay/Express Pay available Need copies of the following items for the credentialing file.
