Schedule
Fulltime (8 hr shift)

Responsibilities
•  Minimum 2 year supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility or other related health care facility.
•  Must possess a current, active license, in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.
•  Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
•  Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
•  Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
•  Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
•  Should be energetic and able to treat all employees, residents, and visitors with respect and dignity.
•  Must have good organizational skills and basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
•  Must be able to handle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Conduct and appropriate professional standard and applicable state/federal laws.
