Skills
Required:
*BLS: Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association (AHA)
*RN: Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
1 year oncology experience is required*ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required within 1 year of hire
*Successful completion of ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy course within 90 days of hire if no active ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate

position qualifications, you have 4 months from your hire date to acquire them. (BLS and RN are still required at date of hire for all
RN's).
