SHIFT: Nights (rotating weekends)

SCHEDULE: Part-time

Twin Cities Hospital located on Florida's Emerald Coast, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Telemetry Monitoring team! This is a part time opportunity. 

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The LPN will provide care to patients under the direction of the RN, utilizing the nursing process, in accordance with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of TCH.

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Graduation from an LPN training program required

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

  • State of Florida LPN License required
  • BLS required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Acute care experience preferred
  • Telemetry monitoring experience preferred

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

  • Reads and writes Basic English with the basic skills necessary to transcribe physician’s orders
  • Knowledge of body substance isolation
  • Ability to listen, empathize and respond to patient, family, internal and external partners needs
  • Basic computer skills
