the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Progressive Care RN like you to be
a part of our team.
As
a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you
will be responsible for performing patient assessments, developing a plan of
care, implementing and evaluating care. You will be responsible for directing,
monitoring and evaluating the care delegated to non-licensed personnel on the
team.
You will support,
maintain and provide an environment which is supportive of quality patient care
through effective use of resources and personnel. You
will practice, develop and endorse customer service skills in relationships
with internal and external customers. You
will serve as the patient and family advocate with respect to the patient’s
right to privacy by protecting confidential information. You
will plan and implement patient care and teaching based on a total assessment
and the age of the patient. You
will evaluate and document patient response; monitor and recognize changes in
physiological and psychosocial status; takes appropriate action based on
assessment of the patient.
