We are looking for a
dedicated Charge Nurse to join our Trauma Lead team for a full-time, day shift position.
We are an amazing team that

What you will do in this role:
- You will assume advocacy and accountability for yourself and others
under your supervision and assume charge of the TNL staff.
- You will assist the
director of trauma in providing/assuring a single standard of care to all
patients.
- You will assist in guiding, teaching, coaching,
evaluation of staff and orienting new members of the team.
- You will also provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and
procedures of Orange Park Medical Center and Trauma Services. In collaboration with the patient, the
patient’s family and other members of the health care team, you will asses, plan, implement, evaluate and coordinate treatment plans.
Qualifications What qualifications you will need:
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the
state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- A current American Heart Association (AHA) or
American Red Cross Certifications needed upon hire:
BLS, ACLS and PALS.
- A current TNCC Certification is required.
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of
Nursing: BSN is required.
- Three or more years in direct trauma resuscitation
nursing care delivery.
