Description SHIFT: No Weekends
SCHEDULE: Full-time
Registered Nurse Supervisor RN Operating Room Full Time, No Weekends
New Hires may receive up to a $5,000 Sign on Bonus.
Assures the delivery of
professional nursing care within assigned department by assessing, planning,
organizing, directing and evaluating nursing care provided to all patients;
collaborates with the Surgical Services Educator in education and training of all
department staff both in the initial implementation phase and on an ongoing
basis; develops staff by department specific needs assessment, development of
goals and objectives, implementation methods, evaluation measures; develops,
maintains and interprets policy and procedures; maintains fiscal
responsibility for department.
