looking for a dedicated Float Pool Nurse like you to be a part of our
team.
This position, under the Director of Nursing, appropriately
coordinates and supervises patient care as provided by the patient care team. RN
will report to the House Supervisors daily to prioritize areas of focus. This
care includes conducting initial admission history, complete entire discharge
process to include all paperwork and patient exit. Assist with intravenous
insertions, transfers between units, assist appropriate areas with discharge
phone calls, development of a family centered patient care plans and care path,
family centered patient teaching, the identification of and correction of
variances from the patient care path and the facilitation of discharge
planning.
