We are seeking a Float Pool Nursing Supervisor for our ambulatory surgery centers to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. The Float Pool Nursing Supervisor will supervise the OR, Pre-Op/PACU float employees regarding clinical and ancillary services within the ambulatory surgery centers. You will participate in staff development, educational programs, and orientations. What you will do in this role: Demonstrate technical expertise in areas appropriate to the ambulatory surgery centers patient population Deliver care, and direct the delivery of care by others, in a manner that is consistent with current standards of the profession and with policies/procedures of the ambulatory surgery centers Provide leadership for staff and promote an environment in which all team members can work cooperatively Function effectively as a key player in the facility Leadership Team

Qualifications Qualifications you will need: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Nursing strongly preferred Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operating room setting; preferably in an ambulatory surgery center Previous Management experience required Active RN license as required by state of employment or appropriate compact licensure Valid BCLS and ACLS Certification (required upon employment, online certification not acceptable) PALS as required by facility CNOR preferred
