Catapult Healthcare is currently seeking multiple Registered Nurse (RN) candidates in the areas of ICU, IMU, and CVICU for a client facility in Northeast Texas for direct hire as employees of a regional health system. Provides professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Prepares equipment and assists physician during examinations and treatments. Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors patient vital signs. Observes and maintains records on patient care, condition, reaction, and progress. Provide direct care through compassion, excellence and efficiency. Adhere to American Nurses Association Code of Ethics for Nurses. Evaluate own practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines, relevant statutes, rules and regulations. • TX RN license or Compact State license
• Associate degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
• Able to use computer, keyboard, and mouse proficiently
• BLS
• 1 year bedside nursing experience preferred
Benefits include medical, dental and vision, in addition to 403(b) retirement savings plans. New associates receive 180 hours of PTO for their first year and 240 every year after. We are offering $20,000 sign on bonus for ICU Registered Nurse candidates (requires 24 month commitment) and $10k sign on (½ at beginning of employment and ½ at one year) for 24 month commitment. Relocation bonuses are open to discussion if necessary.
