We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in Wausau, Wisconsin at Aspirus Wausau Hospitalwho will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the direction of the RN. This position will attend to patient requests, work in a team environment, maintain room cleanliness, and assist with daily living activities. This is a float position, intended to support the COVID Medical Unit and Medical Pediatrics Departments at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
§ Active listing on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry is REQUIRED
§ Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire required.
§ Knowledge of patient care standards normally obtained through completion of CNA certification
Hours: Part time Benefit package available, 24 hours per week, varied shifts
Aspirus Wausau Hospital is the flagship of the Aspirus system that serves patients in 14 counties across northern and central Wisconsin, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Outpatient visits exceed 50,000 and there are also more than 24,000 annual emergency department visits.
