Seeking a Board Certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to be the Director of aNursing Home (FQHC Practice) Actively interviewing during COVID-19. Join Vermont’s largest FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center), a network of primary care, pediatric, behavioral health and dental services with offices all throughout southern central Vermont. Additional information: We have an exceptional team of two part-time physicians and 3 full-time nurse practitioners with nursing support staff. The working physician director will be a part of the patient care team and provider clinical leadership and oversight. Minimal call on weekends and call is shared with other providers. - 4-day work week - flexible hours
