Direct hireThe Clinical Supervisor/ LCSW Lead will serve on the clinical team providing supervision to unlicensed therapists for clinical hours towards licensure, and case managers working in an Adult Program Or Child Program.
The Clinical Supervisor Lead designated as the administrative lead, oversees clinical efficiency and provides case assignment and tracks client progress Responsibilities: • Provides clinical and administrative supervision weekly for up to 8 employees. • Guides staff and interns in the development of their work plans and assigned duties. • Develops and implements clinical trainings and support for their site. • Monitors and measures client progress against treatment plans and stated goals as it applies to mental health documentation. • May participate as lead clinician in 5150 client holds.
Requirements:
• Licensure as a LCSW for a minimum of two (2) years. • Four (4)+ years of experience working with individuals with a history of mental illness in a social service/mental health environment. • Demonstrated knowledge of Evidence Based Practices and/or the Recovery Model of treatment. • Ability to utilize analysis, experience, and judgment to make decisions. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Proficient in technologies: MS Office Suite, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. • Current CA license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance.
